We want to hear from you.

  • Have you been able to find the support you or a loved one needs for mental health or substance use?
  • Are you struggling to understand how to get help or what is available?
  • Do you have suggestions for how the mental health and substance use systems can work better?

BHN is hosting community listening sessions to hear directly from you about your experiences, needs, and barriers to accessing care. Thank you to the City of Springfield Department of Health and Human Services for their partnership.

These sessions are a welcoming space to share, listen, and learn from one another—no preparation needed, just your perspective. All are welcome.

If you’re unable to attend, we also invite you to share your feedback through our .
