We’re seeking individuals, family members, and caregivers from the Greater Springfield and Westfield communities to join our Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) for our BHN WellBeing Community www.av福利影视 Health Center (CBHC). Your feedback on BHN’s services, education, and outreach will help improve care for all.

  • Provide anonymous feedback that influences change


Meetings are held quarterly, and you’ll be notified of dates once established. Your feedback will remain confidential, and we’ll keep you updated on any actions taken based on your input.
